Kings TV Series’ Third Season—“The Rejection” tells the story of the reign of Israel’s first king. Chosen by God and acclaimed by the people, Saul quickly becomes a source of hope for a safe and promising future for those under his leadership.

What no one expected, however, is that the king, so humble at first, began to let himself be carried away by his privileged position, with unimaginable consequences for both his family and the people he swore to care for and protect.

The plot continues with the unbridled persecution of the Philistines, who seek at all costs to invade and conquer the territory of the Israelites. After fifty years of truce, Saul finds himself in the difficult and fearful position of having to face them on the battlefield.

But there is something wrong with the new king, and his hesitation to go to war goes beyond fear of the enemy’s superior numbers and strength. He fears the enemy he carries within himself and knows that, because of his actions, God may not be on his side this time.
